Kamut® is more nutritious than regular wheat due to a higher protein and potassium content. It also contains a unique type of gluten that is said to be easier to digest than common wheat gluten.
Kamut® flour, which is yellow rather than light brown, can be used for bread, muffins and other baked goods as well as for homemade pasta. It has a rich "buttery" taste, high nutritional value and is also easy to digest.
