Morita Chipotle Chile Powder

Chipotle Chile (Capsicum Annuum) powder (40 mesh) are made from grinding whole Chipotles, seeds and pod both. The Chipotle Powder is 100 pure t provide an authentic flavor. Chipotle Peppers are the familiar Jalapeno Chile, first smoked, then dried. There are many different beliefs regarding the difference between Brown and Mortua Chipotles. Our understanding is that the Brown Chipotles are the Green Jalapenos and the Moritas are the red, fully mature Chipotles.
