The grains are dry roasted without the use of fats and oils, producing no harmful byproducts or pollutants, and then rolled.

Cooking Instructions: Add 1 cup triticale flakes to 2 cups boiling water. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. If pressure cooking cook only 8 to 10 minutes.
